Product Description
This product is a cold vulcanized rubber repair agent, synthesized from a two-component polymer material and cured at room temperature into an elastic rubber body. It has high bonding strength with rubber, canvas, metal, etc., and has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, excellent toughness, and impact resistance. Suitable for repairing interface seams, holes, burrs, and longitudinal tears of various rubber conveyor belts. It can also be used for repairing and pre protective coatings of cables, rubber liners, rubber rollers, impellers, material troughs, etcnbsp;

Adhesive method
Surface treatment: Use an angle grinder or wire wheel to roughen the repaired area and its surroundings, and remove any debris. If repairing belt holes or longitudinal tears, a groove needs to be cut, and the back of the adhesive leakage area should be adhered with tape< br />
Cleaning primer: Brush the surface to be repaired with HY988 special primer and let it dry; Heat it up to 75 degrees with a hot air blower and pour in the mixed repair agent< br />
Glue repair: Mix components A and B in one go (or follow A: B=3: Mix thoroughly for 1-2 minutes at a ratio of 1; Mix it completely, then pour it into the heated area to be repaired or brush it onto the pre protected area, and smooth it out.
