Among them, the market share of silicone structural sealants and glass joint weather resistant sealants has shown significant growth. New functional products such as neutral building stone sealants, anti mold sealants, fireproof sealants, metal roof and pipeline sealants have been put into the market. In addition, modified organosilicon products have begun to move from research and development to industrial production, including moisture cured sealants (POP) based on terminated siloxane alkyl polyether polymers and polyether urethane organosilicon modified sealants (sPu) terminated with siloxane. At present, the total amount of neutral sealants, including structural sealants, has exceeded 10000 tons, and the market proportion of acidic silicone sealants has begun to change.
With the development of product and building application technology, national standards and industry standards related to silicone sealant are constantly being formulated and gradually improved.
