usage method:
1. Surface treatment: Polish and roughen the surface to be repaired to a depth of at least 1mm, and then clean it with HY112 cleaning agent or acetone. The surface to be repaired must be clean, free of water and oil stains
2. Mixing: Weigh components A and B according to the specified weight ratio, mix thoroughly, and make the color completely consistent
3. Coating: Use a glue knife to apply the HY112 steel repair agent that has been prepared to the surface to be repaired. Apply a small amount first, press it repeatedly with the glue knife, fully immerse it, and then apply the remaining repair agent, leaving enough space for processing
4. Curing: After HY112 steel repair agent is cured at room temperature for 12 hours, various mechanical processing can be carried out. When the ambient temperature is below 15 ℃, the curing time can be appropriately extended. 80° Holding at ℃ for 3 hours can not only shorten the curing time, but also achieve better coating performance.
